Red Maple is the market leader for opening and closing large wind turbine blade moulds.  So far Red Maple has sold 52 mould turnover systems in China, installing 110 mould turnover arms in total.  Also, systems have been exported to customers in Korea, Japan and India.The closing system is produced in China, using the best imported parts for critical hydraulic and electric systems: high pressure pumps (Germany), angle encoders (Germany), remote controls (Sweden), and counterbalance valves (USA).Most of the internationally famous blade producers use this model of turnover system.  The design is very popular globally, used on about 40% of all wind turbine blade moulds in production.  So far, our associate company, Powerhinge Automation, of Canada, has sold more than 80 moulds of hydraulic closing system.  Red Maple and Powerhinge combined have installed the system on more than 130 moulds in total, and our turnover device has been used to assemble more than 20,000 blades since it was first introduced in 2003.
